More than 6 months prior to function date: Initial non-refundable deposit of 30% withheld. 121 days – 6 months prior to function date: the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 40% of the estimated revenue of the function. 31 - 60 days prior to function date: the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 60% of the estimated revenue of the function. 14 - 30 days prior to function date: the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 70% of the estimated revenue of the function. Less than 14 days prior to function date: 100% of the estimated value of the function will be charged.
