Meeting Planners will enjoy one central point of contact for both hotels, one proposal and contract as well as one master account.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: Company will pay the following cancellation fees, as applicable: - In the event of a cancellation by Company which occurs from 0 to 30 business days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Room Night Commitment and Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue, and Total Meeting Room Rental will be due, plus applicable taxes. - In the event of a cancellation by Company which occurs 31 business days to 90 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of ninety percent (90%) of the Room Night Commitment and sixty percent (60%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes. - In the event of a cancellation by Company which occurs 91 to 180 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of eighty percent (80%) of the Room Night Commitment and forty percent (40%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes. - In the event of a cancellation by Company which occurs 181 to 365 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Room Night Commitment and thirty percent (30%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes. - In the event of a cancellation by Company which occurs between the time of acceptance of this Agreement and 366 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of forty percent (40%) of the Room Night Commitment and twenty percent (20%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes.
