Farmhouse

The Farmhouse at Sunset Pond is our new venue that is currently under construction but will be completed by Spring 2024. The Farmhouse is a modern Vermont farmhouse-style building situated on the pond at The Essex. Main venue boasts a grand stone fireplace and windows that allow for generous views of the surrounding greenery, foliage, and the pond. The 200-foot deck overlooking the pond allows for your guests to enjoy the pond during cocktail reception as well as stunning sunset views. The Farmhouse has a banquet capacity of 300 guests.
