OUR GRAND RENOVATION In 2024, Casa Marina underwent a thoughtful transformation to preserve its historic architecture while enhancing every guest touchpoint: • Reimagined 311 guest rooms and suites, including 63 with large oceanfront balconies or patios • New 5,000 sq. ft. Oceanfront Event Lawn with panoramic views and direct beach access • Enhanced food and beverage experiences, including the signature Toes in the Sand dining • Fully restored activity piers for watersports, sunset sails, and fishing excursions HOUSE BY THE SEA Known as the “House by the Sea,” Casa Marina offers the largest private beach in Old Town Key West and eight distinctive meeting spaces for up to 500 guests.
