Castello di Casole stretches into the Tuscan sky as organically as the ancient vineyards and regal cypress trees at its base. Sun-starched stonework and rusty tones blend seamlessly with the enchanting rural surrounds. Head high into the hills around Casole on an unassuming farm road.
