Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a one night’s deposit upon booking. If cancellation is made 14 or more days prior to arrival, a 90% refund of your deposit (one night’s stay) will be issued or we will be happy to hold your deposit for a future stay. If cancellation is made from 7 to 14 days prior to arrival, a fee of 50% of the reservation value will be charged. If cancellation is made with-in 7 days of arrival, a fee of 100% of the reservation value will be charged. Late arrivals and/or early departures will be responsible for the entire reserved stay unless we are able to rebook the room. HOLIDAY There is a 2 night deposit required when booking for holiday periods. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to your arrival. Any changes to arrival dates or cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of your reservation.
