Individual Cancellation Policy: 24 hours prior to arrival. Reservations must be cancelled no later than 6:00 pm 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Otherwise, one night's room and tax will be charged for all rooms guaranteed with a credit or debit card. Group Reservations: Credit Card Guarantee is required.

Facility Restrictions

Parking is 100% Valet for overnight guests only. Rate is $19 per day and can be negotiated with overall event. Local guests may park at the Charleston Visitor's Center on Meeting Street (0.5 Miles from Hotel). The max charge is $16/day or hourly rates apply.
