From Union Station, it’s a short taxi, ride share, or using the free 16th Street Mall Shuttle to the hotel - Taxi / Rideshare: Door-to-door car ride takes ~35 minutes depending on traffic. Yes, Courier no longer offers plastic straws (paper straws only) and the condiment packets in the guest rooms have wooden stirrers in place of plastic ones to comply with Hyatt Standards. Glassware used to be in place of single-wrapped plastic cups pre-covid.
