For any cancellation of excess room which not set forth under this agreement will be charged full period night’s room rate for each room in respect of cancellation fee. The charge will be billed to the Master Bill of the Patron. For individual payment (only put this sentence if payment is paid by individual) Penalty fee for full period night’s room rate will be applied for any “No Show” without cancellation notice. The fee will be charged to individual’s credit card. The hotel reserve the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
