Located in the heart of downtown Columbia, South Carolina, just one block from the Statehouse grounds, Palmetto Patio offers a unique blend of Southern charm and metropolitan vibrancy. This 8,900-square-foot venue seamlessly combines open-air and indoor spaces, providing a versatile backdrop for a variety of events. Palmetto Patio features a wrap-around outdoor terrace with views of Main and Lady Streets, adorned with bistro lighting to create an inviting ambiance. The venue accommodates up to 200 guests for standing receptions or 125 for seated events. For more intimate gatherings, the patio can be sectioned: the bar side holds up to 50 guests, while the Lady Street side accommodates up to 150 guests. Indoor meeting spaces are also available, offering flexibility for various event formats. Amenities include: - High-speed Wi-Fi and A/V equipment for seamless presentations and virtual connectivity - Flexible floor plans to suit diverse event needs - Fully furnished spaces with an option to bring in personal décor - Outside catering allowed, with a list of recommended vendors available - Onsite events manager to ensure smooth execution - ADA accessibility and enhanced cleaning protocols for guest comfort and safety Whether planning a corporate meeting, social gathering, nonprofit event, or hybrid virtual experience, Palmetto Patio provides the infrastructure and ambiance to make your event successful.
