About us

Die Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo steht für Ihre Hochzeiten zur Verfügung. Ein besonderer Raum des Museums wird für Ihre Hochzeitszeremonie reserviert und eingerichtet. Die Hochzeit wird auf der Terrazza delle Camelie mit Panoramablick und romantischer Atmosphäre gefeiert. Das Gebiet ist von einer alten Kamelienhecke umgeben und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf Bellagio, auf den See und auf die Bergspitzen. Die Terrasse befindet sich neben der Villa und ist über eine Treppe durch den italienischen Garten oder über die beiden Aufzüge in der Nähe des Eingangs zugänglich. Bei ungünstigen atmosphärischen Bedingungen findet die Zeremonie im Plasters Room im ersten Stock des Museums statt, eine gute Alternative dank der wunderbaren Atmosphäre, die nur faszinierende Kunstwerke schaffen können.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
