Das Franklin Institute Science Museum befindet sich in Center City Philadelphia, an der Kreuzung der 20th Street und des Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Der Haupteingang für Fußgänger befindet sich auf Straßenniveau rechts von der Museumstreppe.
