Der Golfplatz Welbeck Manor & Sparkwell liegt an der A38, 4,8 km von Plympton und 11 km von Plymouth entfernt. Der Komplex besteht aus einem Boutique-Hotel mit 6 Zimmern und einem 9-Loch-Golfplatz. Das Hotel ist von der malerischen Landschaft von Devonshire umgeben. Das Herrenhaus wurde 1847 von Isambard Kingdom Brunel an der Stelle des alten Herrenhauses aus dem Jahr 1480 entworfen und wieder aufgebaut.
