Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation of an event must be received in writing no later than 60 (business) days prior to the event date to receive initial deposit back. If extensive planning of an event has been done, then a Coordination fee will be assessed. Notification of cancellation received after this deadline will result in a forfeiture of the entire contracted amount.
