Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation if the event is cancelled one week or above prior to the agreed and contracted date • 50% of estimated total cost will be applied as cancellation fees if the event is cancelled 3-6 days prior to the agreed and contracted date • 100% of estimated total cost will be applied as cancellation fee if the event is cancelled 2 days or less prior to the agreed and contracted date
