The Imperial Club rooms on the top floors provide breathtaking views of the city and offer special features such as the exclusive Imperial Club Lounge which serves a light breakfast each morning and wine and beer each evening. Serafina was Maurizio’s grandmother, and the name of her eponymous restaurant in the heart of Trastevere (Rome), where Maurizio first began making pizzas at the age of 14.
