Copperhill Mountain Lodge is situated on top of Förberget (730 m.a.s.l.) in Åre and is open all year round. You have a view over the mountain world for miles, and our wintertime guests can enjoy Ski in/Ski out to the whole ski area, and Åre Björnen´s scenic cross-country ski trails are always in the vicinity. During the summer period there is hiking path right outside the hotel and easy access to mountain biking, downhill biking, trail running, kayaking and so on. Copperhill opened in 2008. Back then it was the biggest building constructed mainly of wood with an area of 19,000 square metres. The hotel is situated right at the tree line, on Förberget. 112 rooms, mostly suites, with a total of 420 beds, 6 conference rooms for up to 500 people, a wonderful spa, restaurants, bars, ski rental and gym. The hotel is situated on top of Förberget in Åre-Björnen, and the distance from the centre of Åre is 7 kilometres. From Åre-Björnen centre the distance is 2.5 kilometres. You can park your car outside the hotel or in our heated garage. We love contrasts. We engage ourselves gladly in big launches as well as small meetings. We blend astonishing views with nice indoor environments and we offer anything from adventurous challenges on the mountain to relaxing spa experiences. Above all, we love to take care of our guests with warmth, competence and personal service.
