About us

Commodore Perry Estate is the first of its kind reimagined historic Texan estate. This 10-acre secluded property is situated in the heart of Austin's iconic Hancock neighborhood just 3 miles north of downtown. While on property, guests will enjoy a wide variety of experiences and private event venue options. Additionally, guests will have full mansion access, state of the art fitness facilities, Lutie's restaurant, a private heated pool and 54 highly-designed guest rooms and suites all enclosed by over 3,000 square feet of gardens within a modern private estate. Ideally located near downtown but not confined by it, the experience of guests at Commodore Perry Estate will be that of a guest at a friend's luxurious yet gracious country home with an incredible attention to detail and without pretense.
