Sould notice of cancellation be received for the entire contracted event, the initial deposit paid will be forfeited. - Between 120 days and 91 Days prior to Event Arrival A cancellation fee equal to 30% will be applicable on the Estimated Total Charges. - Between 90 days and 61 Days prior to Event Arrival A cancellation fee equal to 50% will be applicable on the Estimated Total Charges. Between 60 days and 31 Days prior to Event Arrival A cancellation fee equal to 75% will be applicable on the Estimated Total Charges. - 30 Days or less prior to Event Arrival, but after contract signed Full (100%) cancellation fees will be applicable on the Estimated Total Charges.
