Cancellation Policy
GENERAL PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICY: PAYMENT: 100% of the total sum needs to be paid in advance - it is possible in several steps. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Based on the total sum contracted in this agreement plus all applicable taxes will apply in case of cancellation of the whole event -from the date of signing present contract to 180 days prior to the event : 15% of the gross total amount -from 179-90 days prior to the event: 40% of the gross total amount -from 89-60 days prior to the event: 65% of the gross total amount -within 59-7 days prior to the event: 90% of the gross total amount -within 7 days prior to the event: 100 % of the gross total amount 2. Attrition / part cancellation Attrition is the total number of contracted items (rooms, meeting rooms, F & B function numbers) the client can cancel / reduce prior to charges becoming applicable. Also known as part cancellation. Notice - More than 180 days Lessee has the right to reduce the 10 % of the total number of contracted items without any penalty. If the quantity of the cancelled items goes beyond the 10 % Lessee has to pay after each of the cancelled items (above the 10 %) one night extra cost after accommodation, one day rental fee after meeting rooms and one day package price after the catering package, as a penalty. - Between 180 and 45 days Lessee has the right to reduce the 10 % of the total number of contracted items without any penalty. If the quantity of the cancelled items goes beyond the 10% Lessee has to pay after each of the cancelled items (above the 10 %) one night extra cost after accommodation, one day rental fee after meeting rooms and one day package price after the catering package, as a penalty. - Between 45 and 8 days Lessee has the right to reduce the 5 % of the total number of contracted items without any penalty. If the quantity of the cancelled items goes beyond the 5 % Lessee has to pay after each of the cancelled items (above the 5 %) one night extra cost after accommodation, one day rental fee after meeting rooms and one day package price after the catering package, as a penalty. - Within 7 days No reductions to revised minimums allowed.
