The Van Ness Room

Located on the second floor, the Van Ness Room has semi-private access to the green roof. It has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the terrace with views of Lake Champlain. The Van Ness Room is perfect for smaller meetings and social functions. For meetings, the Van Ness Room can seat forty in a theater setting, eighteen in classroom and twenty-six in a hollow square. In a social setting the Van Ness Room can accommodate up to thirty-two people for dinner and fifty people in reception setting.
