The Essex Resort & Spa, is set on 18 acres of Vermont countryside, nestled between beautiful Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains. The 120 inviting guest rooms are designed with a contemporary country appeal, and many include fireplaces, kitchenettes, and whirlpool tubs. The Essex is located just 15 minutes from Burlington’s International Airport and 5 minutes from the Amtrak station, and shuttle service is available. Recognized around the world for its outstanding culinary offerings, The Essex features two award-winning restaurants onsite. Amuse offers sophisticated dining in a casual setting, and The Tavern offers a wide array of pub fare plus a ‘steakhouse’ section featuring grass-fed, dry-aged beef.
