Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (“DEI”): Rosewood DEI emphasizes RWHG’s devotion to championing diversity, promoting equity, and supporting inclusion. i. Championing diversity: We reflect the communities we are part of across our properties. ii. We aim to introduce processes that will strengthen our relationship with local communities, through the intentional inclusion of marginalized communities in our hiring practices, including leadership roles. Promoting equity: We recognize the impact of discrimination on certain groups more than others at RWHG. As a result, different groups may require different approaches to achieve fair outcomes. A. In 2024, RWHG will publish its first pay gap analysis. iii. Supporting inclusion: We value, involve, and hear less advantaged communities, inside and outside of RWHG. A diverse team isn’t automatically an inclusive team, so a specific focus is needed to ensure everyone is valued, supported, and accepted. A. One way we do this is by requiring all associates to complete unconscious bias training
