• From the group signature to 61 days before the first arrival: Complete cancellation will result in a two-nights stay penalty charge per person reserved. • From 60 to arrival date of the group: Complete cancellation will result in total stay penalty charge per person reserved. • Cancellations in scheduled events and services from the confirmation to 30 days before the event will have a 50% cancellation penalty charge. • Cancellations in scheduled events and services from 30 to 7 days before the event will have a 75% cancellation penalty charge. • Cancellations in scheduled events and services after 6 days before the event will have a full penalty charge
