Gila River Resorts & Casinos - Wild Horse Pass is the primer destination to host all of your meeting needs. From meeting spaces, to exquisite dining and an indoor Topgolf Swing Suite, Gila River has something for everyone. Conveniently located off I-10 in Chandler, Gila River is part of the Wild Horse Pass destination that includes the Phoenix Premium Outlets, Koli Equestrian Center and the Whirlwind Golf Club. Located 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Gila River is the heart of the Gila River Indian Community. The resort and casino recently underwent a $180 million renovation that included the addition of a new resort tower with 200 rooms, two new pools, Prime, A Shula’s Steakhouse with stunning views of the Estrella Mountains from the rooftop, a BetMGM Sportsbook and the only Topgolf Swing Suite in the state. The Topgolf Swing Suite/Upper Deck Kitchen & Bar is an immersive experience. The indoor virtual golfing area includes a full bar, food and two bays. This space is available to be reserved for group events up to 100 people and is a casual and fun spot to mingle with your guests. With the revamp, the event spaces and resort have new contemporary touches warm wood tones and sun-soaked foyer spaces. The two largest spaces include a 12,000-square foot ballroom with automotive access and a 8,000-square foot ballroom are accompanied by 9 breakout rooms. Our entertainment venue, The Showroom, can seat 1,400 for concerts or general sessions or can transform to a meal space for 340 guests in rounds. When Arizona is showing off with its perfect winter weather, our 7,000 square-foot event lawn is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The lawn offers space for meals, receptions and even yoga. The possibilities are truly endless for opportunities to host an extravagant or casual event outdoors.
