About us
The Lion Inn is located in Chelmsford, Essex. The Eatery maintains an elegant mix of old and new. We have recently replaced our outside decking area with a stylish Victorian inspired conservatory so you can enjoy the views no matter what the weather. We know you’d expect to find steak, fish & chips and a delicious shortcrust pastry pie but we also hope to tempt you with a number of ‘specials’ which change daily according to supply and season. Our function room, overlooking a water feature and garden area, is a very adaptable space and is available for private hire.
