About us
Newforge House has been handed down for six generations. Two years of extensive renovations were done before opening Newforge House to guests in May 2005. In converting the family home we have undertaken sensitive restoration works to seamlessly blend original period features and antiques with contemporary luxuries and facilities. We can provide the perfect setting for your special occasion or house party. The house offers elegant surroundings for events up to 40 people, whilst our grounds offer additional space for guests and hidden corners for small gatherings.
