About us
The property recently completed a $17 million dollar renovation and it is the Cape's best new secret! Perfect for small groups and even buyouts with 33 newly renovated guestrooms and 8,000 square feet of brand new unique indoor function space along with some incredible additional outdoor options. Every aspect of the resort has amazing water views including the guestrooms & suites, pool deck, function space and the amazing rooftop restaurant & bar. Complimentary amenities include a private beach, outdoor pool, fire pits, patios, Wi-Fi. The Sea Level Ballroom is 3,600 square feet with 18' ceilings, state of the art technology, a beautiful fireplace and built in bar plus natural light. The glass doors allow guests to step outside onto the firepit lined patio and spacious lawn, perfect for lawn games or a cocktail reception. The Nantucket Sound Room sits upstairs just over 500 square feet with more glass doors and a spectacular ocean view and a fireplace. The location, the staff, and the culinary are like nowhere else on the Cape! In fact, this is one of the only Cape properties that allows a complete buyout of the rooms and meeting space with additional option to buy out the restaurant too. In addition to the 33 guest rooms at the resort, the property also offers 54 additional guest room accommodations at our sister properties, Pelham on Main and Pelham on Earle. Both properties were completely renovated in 2022 boasting the same feel as the main resort. Just look at that view and you'll agree that the Pelham House Resort is truly a hidden gem!

Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation Policy: The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, war, government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergencies that make it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the function. It is provided that this agreement may be terminated for any one of such reasons noted above, by written notice from one party to the other; all payments made, excluding the initial signing non-refundable deposit will be refunded. It is further stated that there shall be no right of termination for the sole purpose of holding your event at another facility. Courtesy Room Block | Guest Room Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival are subject to a $20 processing fee. For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, deposit is non-refundable. Guaranteed Room Block | No Cancellation Policy: Any rooms not reserved by your group in the block will be billed to the master account and paid for by the client 14 days prior to the arrival date. If any guest rooms book within 14 days of arrival, a refund will be made to your credit card on file on the day of check-out.
