Cancellation Policy

Performance Damages Between the date of the signing of this Event Agreement and the dates stated below, you are allowed to reduce your bedroom requirements and no cancellation payment will be due by you in relation to such reduction (provided that the percentages of reduction set forth below are not exceeded), other than earnest payments which will be withheld by the Hotel as liquidated damages. Days before arrival Reduction in numbers allowed without liquidated damages due BEDROOMS ABOVE 1000 ROOMNIGHTS Date after signing to 90 days in advance 20 % of original daily block per room type OR 89 days to 30 days in advance of Event 10% of original daily block per room type OR 29 days to 14 days in advance of Event 5% of original daily block per room type 14 days or less in advance of Event 0% of original daily block per room type The above-mentioned percentages are not cumulative.
