Cancellation Policy

Should User cancel an event, no refund shall be made and the User fee as called for by the rental agreement shall be payable by User to THELMA as liquidated damages, not as penalty, and User agrees to also pay any reimbursable expenses incurred by THELMA in connection with the event covered by the agreement. Please notify THELMA at least 30 days in advance if your group must cancel. Cancelling 30 days to two weeks' prior to the event date will result in a fee of 50% of the remaining rental fee. Cancelling two weeks' to 72 hours prior to event date will result in a fee of 75% of the remaining rental fee. Cancelling event with 72 hours or less notice will result in 100% of the remaining rental fee. Reservations may be rescheduled within one year based on availability and all payments will b e applied to a future visit.

Without limitation, the use agreement includes all of the general terms and conditions as well as THELMA Rental Policies.

Additional Information

Your rental fee includes an Events Coordinator with expert experience in events and hospitality. Up to three face-to-face meetings are provided at no extra charge. Your Events Coordinator will assist with audio/visual needs, food and beverage options, transportation, overnight accommodations, logistics, vendor coordination, layout options and more.
