Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation & Refund Policy More than 14 days before the event: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment. 7-14 days before the event: 50% of the total event cost will be charged. Less than 7 days before the event: The full event cost will be charged. 2. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate a new date. Rescheduling requests made at least 14 days before the event are free of charge. Rescheduling within 7-14 days of the event may result in a fee of 25% of the total event cost. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event will be treated as a cancellation and subject to full charges. 3. No-Show Policy If the event is canceled on the day of the booking or if the group does not show up, the full event cost will be charged. 4. Changes to Guest Count Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. If the confirmed number of guests decreases after this deadline, the originally confirmed number will be charged. 5. Force Majeure In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer to reschedule or provide a partial refund.
