However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for ethnic, cultural, or religious reasons. • Alcoholic Beverages: In compliance with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations, guests are prohibited from bringing outside alcohol onto the premises. All alcoholic beverage services must be provided exclusively by our hotel staff. Audio-Visual (AV) Services • Outside AV Liaison Fee: Should a group choose to bring in their own AV equipment or hire an external third-party AV vendor, a liaison fee of $1,000 will be applied to coordinate and ensure seamless integration with our hotel's facilities. Exhibitions • Load-In and Load-Out: Access for loading and unloading exhibits must be coordinated with our Security Office. Requests for access outside of contracted use hours require prior approval. • Size Restrictions: Items up to 8 feet in width or 8 feet in height will fit through access doors. Please coordinate any items larger than these restrictions to be assembled onsite. • Special Permits: Exhibitions involving vehicles, animals, open flames, or other special elements may require additional permits in accordance with local fire codes.
