Bay Pointe is a smoke and pet free facility. All lodging rates are before 10% resort fee and 6% sales tax. All F&B rates are before 22% service charge and 6% sales tax.
Cancellation Policy
If under any circumstance your event is canceled, all deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable as well as the following cancellation policies will apply: a. Cancellation before 12 months prior to the event, only the non-refundable deposit is kept. b. Cancellation 12 months to 6 months prior, 25% of the estimated balance will be collected. c. Cancellation 6 months to 3 months prior, 50% of the estimated balance will be collected. d. Cancellation 3 months or less prior, 100% of the estimated balance will be collected.
