Cancellation Clause: Our standard cancellation clause is not a penalty as it establishes liquidated damages as a percentage of anticipated room revenue due to total cancellation after contract signature, based on the following sliding scale: 100 % of anticipated room and food and beverage revenue in the event of cancellation 0 to 30 days prior to arrival 90 % of anticipated room and food and beverage revenue in the event of cancellation 31 to 90 days prior to arrival 75 % of anticipated room and food and beverage revenue in the event of cancellation occurring 91 to 180 days prior to group arrival 50 % of anticipated room and food and beverage revenue in the event of cancellation occurring from date of contract signature to 181 days prior to group arrival.
