About us

Brand new in 2022! Our unique destination opened in 2022, along the banks of the Great Miami River overlooking downtown Hamilton, Ohio. Our 1 million + square foot facility highlights a dramatic re-imagining of the historic Champion Paper Company site, originally built in 1893. Spanning both sides of North B Street, our complex represents a new destination in Butler County and southwest Ohio, and offers interesting opportunities to stay, play, meet, and dine! “Mill 1” houses North America’s largest indoor sports complex, with 200,000 square feet of sports and activity surfaces. Our hardwood courts and multi-sport surfaces can host large tournaments, leagues and events for almost any indoor sport. Mill 1 also features a 65,000 square foot fitness center, with state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment, group exercise classes, private basketball and pickleball courts, walking track, sports performance area, child watch, and a private entrance. Our full-sized outdoor turf field can host soccer, football, or field hockey, or even a black-tie event under the lights! Mill 1 also includes a food concessions area, smoothie bar, beer garden, mezzanine seating, and the Champion Mill video game arcade. “Mill 2” is a 3-story building and houses the Warehouse Hotel, Champion Mill Conference center, Hydraulic Bar & Grille, and specialty retail. The 233-room Warehouse Hotel features architecturally interesting guest rooms with views of the Great Miami riverfront, B Street, or the historic Champion Mill atrium. Just off the hotel lobby you will find Municipal Brew Works microbrewery, retail shops, Hydraulic Bar & Grill, and 20 foot windows with views from all 3 levels. Just up the grand staircase, the Champion Mill Conference Center occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors, with 16 meeting and banquet rooms to host events from 12 to 1000 guests. With many meeting spaces featuring natural light, and all rooms boasting soaring ceilings, our re-purposed historic destination offers an experience like no other.
