The Pavilion Overlooking the cliffs of Hermanus and surrounds, The Pavilion honours the bountiful Overberg region. As with all of the restaurants under the umbrella of The Collection by Liz McGrath, The Pavilion displays a distinctive regional identity. The menu’s delicate and intricate dishes, paired perfectly with locally produced wines, reflect the Overberg and its distinct flavours and terroir. The Pavilion also serves as the breakfast room at The Marine. An incredible spread of fresh fruit and freshly-baked patisserie confections are laid out each morning, and hot breakfast options are served a la carte. The Pavilion is open for dinner five nights a week (Tuesday to Saturday), and with the possibility of spotting a whale from your table between June and December, breakfast is a great idea any day of the week. The Sun Lounge Overlooking the incredible Walker Bay, The Sun Lounge at The Marine in Hermanus is the ideal spot to enjoy drinks and snacks while searching the waters for resident and visiting marine life. The relaxed sophistication of The Sun Lounge is complemented by the wide variety of South African wines, sparkling wines, signature cocktails and delectable eats.
