At the heart of Amfora’s conference centre there are two flexible ballrooms illuminated by floor-to-ceiling windows that peer over Hvar’s bay, across the Paklinski islands and into an azure horizon. At over 370 sqm and 320 sqm respectively, the Grand ballroom and Terrace ballroom are suitable for large capacity events for up to 500 people. The spaces are connected audio-visually and can be divided into 5 breakout rooms using wooden partitions, each room remaining with plenty daylight. The 113 sqm of the Terrace ballroom pre-function space is naturally lit with access to the conference centre terrace and, along with the 185 sqm of pre-function space of the Grand ballroom, is well suited for coffee breaks and may serve as a registration and reception area. Deluxe boardroom is ideal for board meetings for up to 17 people or as a press room, it is sound proof and measures 35 square metres. It is naturally lit and has access to the conference centre’s terrace and is quite well designed. Finally, the facilities include a state-of-the-art business centre of approximately 40 sqm, equipped with a variety of computers, printers and fax machines to meet all administrative needs. The whole centre is serviced by on-site A/V equipment, gourmet catering and is accessed by a dedicated entrance to ensure privacy. The possibilities for meetings and events at Amfora flow out the conference centre doors and onto its Cascading terrace. Surrounded by an array of well groomed gardens and pools, Amfora’s options for meetings and events stretch over the entire bay, offering over 500 sqm of event space. Seamlessly cascading down to hotel’s luxury beach are Bonj ‘les bains’ and Maestral, yacht deck restaurant.
