Castelfalfi is a natural paradise in the heart of Tuscany, less than 60 minutes away from Florence and Pisa. The medieval Borgo is the core of the 2.700 acres of estate countryside. Within walking distance from the village stands the 5-star hotel with 146 rooms and suites preciously designed. The modern building comprises the elegant lobby and Ecrù Lounge Bar with its panoramic terrace, the main restaurant Olivina and the brand new Castelfalfi Spa with heated indoor and outdoor pool overlooking the surrounding hills. At few steps, a tobacco warehouse dating back to the 1900s consists of traditional restyled rooms and represents with the main building the perfect combination at Castelfalfi between past and present. Castelfalfi also offers Tuscan style villas and old exquisitely restored farmhouses where to be totally immersed in nature with all the comforts of a 5-star service. The organic products of Castelfalfi agricultural estate as well as regional flavors can be savored at the various restaurants, including the new fully immersive restaurant Olivina, the traditional Steakhouse and Pizzeria Il Rosmarino, La Rocca, in the medieval castle, the venue and restaurant dedicated to private dining and events, the seasonal pool bar Giglio Blu for relaxing moments and the Ecrù Lounge Bar & Restaurant located in the main building. The agricultural estate leads 25 hectares of vineyard and 10.000 olive trees as well as a good amount of arable land, with an organic approach that allows to protect the environment, biodiversity and ecosystems. The estate produces 7 labels of wine, organic EVO oil, honey and spirits to be tasted at the Wine Shop & Garden. Castelfalfi welcomes the little guests at Falfy Kids Club where they can express their creativity with fun and educative activities including cooking classes, while outside they can enjoy garden activities and learn how to take care of sweet little animals at the exclusive small farm. Over 40 indoor and outdoor experiences await across Castelfalfi, including wine & oil tasting, survival experiences, archery, yoga, tennis, padel, cooking classes and many more. Not to be missed the Castelfalfi Adventure Park, great fun both for adults and kids, with 10 challenging tree top courses of different levels, a tree village, zip lines and a climbing wall.
