Playitas Resort is located in the picturesque bay of the fishing village Las Playitas in the Municipality of Tuineje on Fuerteventura. It is half-way between the airport at Puerto del Rosario and Jandía in the south of the island. The next big town, Gran Tarajal, 5 kilometers away is easy to reach with the public transport and offers a large variety of restaurants and shops. The resort consists of 3 different establishments: Playitas Aparthotel-perfect for families having 114 studios and 96 apartments, Playitas Hotel-perfect for individuals or couples having 167 double rooms, 52 junior suites and 4 pool suites and Playitas Villas-perfect for exclusive holidays having 24 villas. Playitas Resort is becoming the largest sports and training centre on Europe. It offers a large variety of sport activities: swimming, biking, triathlon, golf, cycle centre (with Mountan bikes, Roads bikes and Fitness bikes) etc. Its sport team offers you a huge assortment in sport programmes: Aerobic, Spinning, Body toning, Karate Aerobic, Aqua gym, etc. In Playitas Resort one can find a 700m2 gym, a 50m Olympic Pool, a 18holes Golf course with Driving Range and PGA Golf Academy, tennis courts, bike centre, volleyball course and much more. It also offers Water Sports: Windsurf, Cat Sailing, Diving Centre, etc.
