About us
The Hotel Avenida III, was founded in 2000 with the philosophy of offering a familiar and close customer service. Located on the Camino de Santiago, consolidated tourist center, this hotel complex is located in the N-120, towards Astorga. The area offers a service area with gas station, workshop, public pools and golf course 3 km. We are facing the large industrial area of Paramo Villadangos, the National 120 Leon-Astorga. Our hotel complex comprises two buildings separated by 50 m. One for hotel and other services, cafeteria, restaurant and recreational areas. We have plenty of parking, good accessibility to them, both from the national road, and from the Leon-Astorga motorway exit 10 in Villadangos del Paramo.
