This hotel is nonsmoking, Residential townhouse-style setting, 1 mile from the beach and has completed a full room renovation as of January 2019. Newly built state of the art Gatehouse/lobby area, including new meeting room and guest outdoor firepit/pool/built in BBQ, was completed in January 2019.
