Our Hotel is 100% non-smoking facility. As the Hotel does not directly own nor sponsor any parking lots/structures, guests are instructed to utilize nearby City-operated structures, both for indoor/covered parking, as well as for surface lots for larger vehicles. These options are all within a 3-block radius or less from our Hotel. All charges are on-own for these parking options. The lot that is attached to the Hotel has a current, average overnight parking fee of $14.00.
