Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellations: As a tentative cancellation, the reserved time may be canceled without penalty. Once the reserved time is confirmed, if you must cancel for any reason more than 7 days in advance of the event, then 50% will be charged to the credit card number on file. If we received a 50% deposit via check or cash, then that deposit is forfeited. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the event, then 100% will be charged to the credit card number on file. If a deposit was initially received, then the balance shall become immediately due. Party Package Cancellations: Once a Party Package has been confirmed, if you need to cancel for ANY reason with more than fourteen (14) days in advance of your event, the deposit shall be non-refundable, forfeited in full and the reservation shall be released. Deposits are non-transferable unless WhirlyBall is able to book the reserved date and time with the same minimum guarantee. If a Party Package is canceled within fourteen (14) days, the deposit shall be non-refundable, forfeited in full and the full Party Package price shall become immediately due.

New location opening November 1, 2019. We are pleased to offer WhirlyBall, Hyper Bowling, Laser Tag, The Pivot Room Restaurant and Bar, Large Event Space for Corporate and Private Events (250 person banquet setup).
