The Bedford Lodge Hotel is a privately owned four star hotel located in Newmarket, the ancestral home of British horseracing. Set in three acres of secluded gardens and adjacent to some of the most famous paddocks and training stables in the world Bedford Lodge Hotel really is a memorable place to hold any event. Originally a Georgian hunting lodge built for the Duke of Bedford in the 18th Century, Bedford Lodge was converted in to a hotel in the 1940’s. Today the hotel provides the perfect blend of old and new; retaining the charm and character of a country house but with the modern comfort of an exquisite boutique hotel. Bedford Lodge Hotel is the ideal venue for conference and events in Cambridgeshire. Ideally located in Newmarket, we are close to the A14, A11 and M11 and just a short drive from the centre of Cambridge. The hotel has free car parking facilities for up to 120 cars. Whether you are holding an informal meeting for just 2 people or a high powered corporate seminar for 180, our six stylish, state-of-the-art dedicated conference and events rooms provide the perfect backdrop. All of our rooms have complimentary wireless internet and are fully air-conditioned. The hotel has a total of 80 bedrooms including our Luxury Onsite Mews with 3 exquisitely designed bedrooms and private dining space. Additionally, the hotel boasts 22 superior rooms and 6 luxury executive suites. Our guest rooms have been designed by one of London’s leading interior designers to offer guests the height of luxury and comfort.
