Grand Summit Hotel, A RockResorts Property, No stone was left unturned in the transformative, $15 million renovation of the Grand Summit Hotel, nestled in the heart of Park City Resort’s Canyons Village. A rich design palette—reflecting the hotel’s stunning alpine locale—establishes a modern and yet understatedly elegant ambience throughout this distinctive property, now part of Vail Resorts’ premium RockResorts lodging collection. Grand Summit Hotel, RockResorts forms the epicenter with 250 room full-service Hotel sits in Park City Canyons Village premium location with ski-in/ski-out capability and backyard access to the Village lively and vibrant resort. The Grand Summit, RockResorts features 14,000 sf of meeting space including the 5,850 sf Kokepelli Ballroom. From mid-May to late October a 6,400 sf pavilion is erected in Park City Canyons Village approximately 175 feet from the Grand Summit Hotel, RockResorts allowing for easy access (from Park City Canyons Village meeting facilities) and an enhanced meet/feed ratio accommodating up to 500 people. Park City Mountain may be the most accessible mountain destination in the country as evidenced by the fact that the resort is 32 miles and 34 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. Steps from the Grand Summit, RockResorts convention guests may access the Red Pine Gondola, a breathtaking and experiential 12 minute ride to Park City mid-mountain entertainment venue, Red Pine Lodge. During ski season Red Pine becomes Park City mid-mountain day lodge; however, during most winter and summer evenings it is available for private use for group programs. A reception and/or dinner with hearty Utah food and beverage specialties is practically guaranteed to provide long lasting memories for meeting attendees. Accessible via Red Pine Gondola or the Orange Bubble Express lift, Lookout Cabin (2,200 sf) with its sweeping vistas and intimate ambiance defines the aura of mystery surrounding the Wasatch mountains. The Grand Summit Hotel boasts more than 14,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space, allowing you to host groups ranging in size from 10 to 500. The Kokopelli Grand Ballroom measures nearly 6,000 square feet divisible into three sections. The Conference Center also offers a generous lobby with private entrance and an expansive registration and reception area to welcome your guests.
