Facility Restrictions
Maximum 250 guests per program for group operation. CIVANA is a fully smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted on resort grounds including guestrooms and patios. This policy also applies to electronic smoking devices such as e-cigarettes. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted. Persons 14 to 17 years of age may stay with an accompanying adult in the same room. The minimum age for program guests is 14 years old. The minimum age for access to the Spa is 18 years old.
Cancellation Policy
Group contracts have individual terms and set attrition policy. Individual guest reservation cancellation policy is 7-days in advance of arrival.
Additional details
Grounded in its principles of sustainability, attainability and possibility, CIVANA's renovation is an adaptive re-use of an existing facility, incorporating a natural design palette and materials, while improving energy efficiency by introducing solar energy in its new spa building.
