Here’s how to reach us: - By Car or Taxi: From Cancun International Airport, follow signs to Highway 307 heading south toward Playa del Carmen. Continue on Highway 307 for approximately 55 kilometers (about 45 minutes) until you reach Playa del Carmen. Exit at Avenida Constituyentes and follow it to the hotel. Taxis and private car services are readily available at the airport. - Airport Shuttle Service: We offer an optional shuttle service for groups and individual travelers upon request. Please contact us to arrange this service in advance for a smooth and comfortable transfer directly to the hotel. - Car Rental: Rental car services are available at the airport for guests who wish to explore the area independently. Group Cancellation Policy Overview We understand plans may change, and we strive to provide flexibility where possible. Our group cancellation policy is structured to balance flexibility with the commitments required for large bookings, ensuring both parties are accommodated fairly. - Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required upon signing to secure space and services for your group. - Cancellation 90+ Days Prior to Arrival: A portion of the anticipated group revenue will be charged to cover initial commitments. - Cancellation 60-89 Days Prior to Arrival: An increased percentage of anticipated revenue will be applied as cancellation fees, reflecting the limited time for rescheduling group space. - Cancellation 30-59 Days Prior to Arrival: A higher cancellation fee applies due to the reduced opportunity to rebook reserved space. - Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Prior to Arrival: Full payment of anticipated revenue is due, as it may no longer be feasible to resell accommodations and services. However, depending on the group size, we will be happy to be flexible and discuss further! Specific terms and percentages are outlined in each group contract, customized based on seasonality, group size, and room block commitment.
