Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT POLICY Royal Hideaway requires Group payments to be done as indicated below in order to guarantee the group: • 20% of total to be paid as first payment, not refoundable. • 50% of total to be paid 45 days prior arrival • Full payment must be received 30 days prior first group arrival, including extras (private dinners, group transportation, golf rounds, etc.). CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY • 90 days prior arrival, 50% charged per cancelled room. • 60 days prior arrival, 100% charge per cancelled
