Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY OF ENTIRE GROUP: In the event that the Client/Group terminates this Agreement other than as may be expressly permitted herein, the Client/Group shall pay within 30 days of notice of cancellation, in lieu of any other amounts due hereunder or otherwise in respect of this Agreement, liquidated damages determined as follows: 300 days or more, prior to scheduled group arrival date, no liquidated damages will be assessed. 299-181 days: Complete cancellation will result in a One-night charge per person reserved. 180-61 days: Complete cancellation will result in a two-night charge per person reserved. 60 days prior to group arrival date: Complete cancellation will result in Total charge for the entire stay.
