Hayling Island Sailing Club is situated at Porthsmouth, England. The dining room at HISC affords wonderful views of Chichester Harbour and the sailing scene. Open for the renowned HISC breakfast on race days and lunch and dinner throughout the week. The dining room is also available for private and corporate functions
